How To Order

Welcome to Livingiseasy.co.uk.  Below is a guide on how to place your order on our website.

1)      To make your product search as easy and comprehensive as possible, we have developed three different ways to search for a product.  The search function located at the top right hand corner of our website, search product by category located on our main menu and finally Find A Product, also located on the main menu.

If simply window shopping, just browse through our revolving shop window on the home page, search through useful tips in our "See this" section located on the bottom left of our website and exciting new innovations, special offers and new products as well as our revolving message board featuring news flashes that may be of interest.

2)      Once you have decided to purchase a product simply click on the "add to basket" button  , which will add that product to your shopping basket.  Should you wish to add more items to your basket, simply select and add other items in the same way.  You will notice that these items will be added to the short basket in the top right hand column of our website and a link to the Checkout will also appear as shown below.

3)      Once you have completed your selection click on the "Proceed to Checkout"? button and this will take you to the Sign In page shown below.

Note: This page can also be used to recover lost passwords.

4)      To process your order please select one of the three options.  To proceed to checkout without creating an account use option 1. Option 1 will bypass the request for you to set up a password and will simply request you to fill in the relevant details.  For new customers who wish to create an account use option 2 and for returning customers who already have an account use option 3.  Creating an account will enable you to shop faster and create and email your personal Wish List and view your pending and previous orders.

5)      Once you have signed in the next screen will ask you to enter your personal details if you are new customer or a returning customer without an account or confirm your personal and delivery details if you are an existing customer with an account.  

6)  On the next page you will then be asked to enter any promotional codes (Please make sure you click on the "apply" button to apply the promotional discount to your basket), confirm your delivery method, whether you wish to use our gift service, your currency, your order details (displaying your additional "multi product" discounts when you buy more than one of any combination of products and the delivery charge for non UK customers), your cardholder and delivery details (which may be different to the cardholders details) and finally your method of payment. Once you have confirmed all your details you will need to click on the "Continue to 4. Confirm & Pay"? button  to proceed to the final stage of your order.

7)      You will then be either directed to the Paypal or Worldpay secure servers depending on your choice to enter your payment details and complete the transaction.  If you have decided to pay by cheque this will produce an order form, which you will need to print off and follow the instructions on the form.

Note: You can change your currency at any point throughout the order by using the currency selector drop down menu in the right hand column on our website as shown below or use the Currency Selector at the checkout stage.
