Ordinary headrest cushions have straps to hold the cushions in place but aren't easily height adjustable. The PUTNAMS REST A HEAD can be adjusted up and down to exactly where you need it and once adjusted stays securely in place.
That makes it suitable not only for high back chairs but for neck support whilst sitting up in bed. All you do is place the PUTNAMS REST A HEAD over the back of the bed headboard and it stays in place.
