RESPeRATE makes therapeutic paced breathing easy. With its patented Interactive Respiratory Pacing technology, RESPeRATE has been proven to bring you the blood-pressure reducing benefits of paced breathing in just weeks!

RESPeRATE works by automatically picking up and analysing your breathing pattern and rate through a sensor worn on a belt around the chest.

Once RESPeRATE has worked out your breathing pattern and rate, it creates a personalised calming music programme composed of two distinct inhale and exhale guiding tones and played through a set of headphones, one tone to signal you to breathe in and the other to exhale.

Your body's natural tendency to follow external rhythms enables you to easily synchronise your breathing to the tones.
