Are you winning the fight against free radical cell damage?
OxiScore gives you the answer in 5 minutes
The OXISCORE TEST measures free radical activity byproducts malondialdehydes or MDA in urine.
It enables you to determine the level of stress on your body caused by free radical activity. Excessive amounts of free radical activity in the body can disrupt the orderly activity of many important biochemical reactions in cells, which can expedite disease processes and aging.
People of all ages can benefit from knowing if they are getting enough antioxidants in their diets and nutritional supplements to reduce free radical damage to DNA and cell structures.
Advanced Technology highly sensitive test measures the amount of free radical stress in the body
An excellent measure of overall antioxidant capacity of the body
Results in just 5 minutes!
Easy to use, completely safe and non invasive
Measures levels of Malondialdehyde MDA in urine
90% accuracy
Scientifically validated by means of Conti Flourometric Assay in the laboratory
Colourmetric reading displays levels of free radical activity from 1 minimal to 5 severe
Monitor your progress and keep your free radical activity in check
Tests done before and after give a snapshop of the effectiveness of antioxidant intervention through supplementation or dietary and exercise changes

Description:
Are you ageing too quickly? Are you under attack from free radicals?
Many illnesses and degenerative diseases from Cancer, Arthritis and Cardiovascular and Lung Disease to Alzheimer's and Parkinson's may be triggered through oxidative damage.
And the free radical theory of ageing says that free radicals are the primary cause of ageing itself.
What is a free radical?
Any molecule can become a free radical by either losing or gaining an electron. Molecules containing these uncoupled electrons are highly reactive.
Free radicals do perform vital functions and metabolic processes in the body such as stopping and destroying invading bacteria and viruses.
When free radicals are properly confined with Antioxidants, any excess free radicals are scavenged and neutralised.
However, when free radical activity becomes unconfined and excessive, they start attacking normal healthy tissue and increase the potential for irreversible cellular and DNA damage, mutation and malignancies.
And the more free radicals you have, the more damage they are doing.
How do free radicals get into our system?
Free radicals enter the system through pollution in our environment, UV light exposure, cigarette smoke, toxins, poor diet and even mental or emotional stress.
Your body also produces them as part of normal metabolism and physical exercise.
OXISCORE TEST
The simplest and most cost effective test currently available is the MDA Urine Test.
In the process of free radical production in the body, there are certain chemical by products produced. One of these products is Malondialdehyde MDA, which is the substance that produces the colour reaction in the OXISCORE FREE RADICAL MDA URINE TEST.
The OXISCORE FREE RADICAL MDA URINE TEST measures the far end of the polyunsaturated fat chain where Aldehydes form as a result of free radical attacks. The test correlates with lab measurements to create precise results from the urine.
The OXISCORE FREE RADICAL MDA URINE TEST is a colourmetric colour absorbent reading from urine testing, which has evolved from blood/plasma fluorometric data. In studies at a major university, it was determined that this urine test is 50 times more sensitive than blood/plasma Aldehyde testing. The accuracy of the test is within a range of 90%.
The frequency for the OXISCORE FREE RADICAL MDA URINE TEST varies with each individual.
If your test colour is in the high free radical range, you could begin or increase antioxidant supplementation and retest at least twice a month, until your free radical activity has been reduced.
The OXISCORE FREE RADICAL MDA URINE TEST could be taken once a month thereafter.
To use
While the test may be performed in any urine specimen, the first urine of the morning will most likely contain higher levels of free radicals giving the most accurate results.
Place urine in the cup and draw up urine into the dropper tube. Break the top of the special ampoule provided and squeeze urine from the dropper into the test ampoule.
Wait for five minutes, then hold the ampoule up to compare against the colour chart provided to determine the free radical burden from 1 Minimal to 5 Severe
How to control free radical activity. You can keep free radical activity in check. Antioxidant defense measures
Antioxidants are your body's strongest defense against free radical damage.
Antioxidants are capable of inhibiting the oxidation of target molecules.
Most of these Antioxidants are found in our food such as fresh fruits and vegetables and there is an extensive choice of Antioxidant Supplements available to enhance your defense system of Antioxidants.
Antioxidants work best in synergy. This means that if you double the amount of something like say Vitamin C, you might not get double the Antioxidant potential. So rather than taking high doses of a single Antioxidant it's best to take a complex of Antioxidants for maximum Antioxidant activity.
